    As a **Senior Advanced Project Engineer** , you will imagine, design, and develop products and systems as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will collaborate across the Honeywell engineering teams to create solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will participate in all phases of product development and be part of a group of talented professionals whose expertise ensures the success of engineering projects and programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from initiation to completion

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables

    + Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans

    + Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics

    + 5 years of engineering experience applying advanced design, development, evaluation, and quality control techniques to complex engineering projects

    + 2 years of experience leading cross functional teams

    WE VALUE

    + Experience with coatings and/or cabin pressure valves

    + Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

    + Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events

    + Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness

    + Demonstrated mastery experience with design tools appropriate for the field (Mathcad/Matlab)

    + Leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing successful projects
