Job Qualifications:

Furnaces - VTR7000, AVP8000, TEL Alpha
Wet Benches - SCP9400, Screen WS-820L

Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment and process performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring failures

Job Description:

The Sr Quality Manager will be responsible for providing Quality leadership and managing QA teams that support multiple business unit, multiple technologies: IC’s, discrete and system/module product lines. Focus will be on growing and developing a team, processes, systems and suppliers to expand Microchip’s product offering and support for the Aerospace and Defense market.

This includes coordinating and aligning efforts to implement and integrate aerospace and defense compliant systems and processes into the Microchip ecosystem. Support quality site mangers to develop and manage quality systems, customer quality, manufacturing quality, supply-chain monitoring process development and quality initiatives.

Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Aerospace and Defense leadership and process development and integration:

Working across the organization to establishing and structure Quality Management systems and processes to support Aerospace and Defense products and Systems and Module products.
Customer Quality: Coordinating the reach out to customers to understand their requirements and issues, establish joint improvement initiatives. Collect customer feedback and work with the quality team to implement improvements.
Agency Management: Support ongoing communications with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
Supplier Quality: Develop processes and supplier quality support for Aerospace and development requirements. Flow down and auditing to MIL-PRF requirements. Auditing, measuring and monitoring, continual improvement and corrective action support for Aerospace and defense requirements and to supply factory/product knowledge.
Regulatory compliance: Support/develop processes to ensure compliance of aerospace and development regulatory requirements.
Development and New Product Development – work with teams to address relevant MIL-SPEC and MIL-PRF requirements, including qualification, QML certifications. Understand requirements of RCTA DO-178 and DO-264 to support NPI projects.
Manage manufacturing process certification to MIL-PRF requirements, implementation of requirements to product mil-spec parts.
Manage and ensure compliance of the Technical Review board process for mil-prf certified products and locations.

Support Site Quality in the following:

Site quality systems (QMS) development and continual improvement, working within the site teams to maintain ISO9001, AS9100 certifications and other industry standards.
Customer Failure Analysis requests, creation of 8D, to determine root cause, implementing corrective/preventive actions for returns and/or complaints.
Reliability activities during new product introduction, qualification planning, MTBF/FIT calculations
Manufacturing by completing in process inspections, MRB fault analysis, root cause, CAPA, awareness training.
Supply-chain, SCAR process with corrective actions for non-conforming materials, new material/product first article assessments/test plans, review potential new suppliers through surveys and on-site audits.
Process engineering with development and implementation of new processes, including documentation and personnel training.
Provide factory awareness training for ESD and FOD programs, as well as provide operator specialist certifications to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 quality requirements.
Maintain and develop procedures and processes to improve overall product and process quality
Supporting NPI activities, creation of Quality Plans, setting Key Characteristics (KC), identify and education team on RISK (FMEA) during NPI process
Supervising quality teams (Quality Engineers and Inspectors), monitoring, and implementing GMP and Key Product/Process Indicators (KPIs)
Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, Internal and Process Auditing
Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback and implementing control plans to address customer needs
Reporting to upper management on quality standard and product issues

Requirements/Qualifications:

Degree requirement: technical bachelor’s degree minimum – EE/ME
Years of experience: Quality management experience – 10 years
Manufacturing experience: IC’s, boards and systems – 5-10 years
Demonstrated skills in employee development and delegation
Demonstrate skills in working with business, customers and suppliers on continual improvement.
Aerospace and defense manufacturing and/or quality experience highly desirable. Exposure to MIL-PRF certifications a plus.

Primary Function:

• Mixes items such as liquor, soda, and other mixers to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Ensure that all drinks
are prepared according to company recipes.
• Encompasses proficient knowledge of the menu in order to explain our menu items to the Guests, inform them
of current specials and answer all questions.
• Accurately verifies orders and enters order into POS quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate
abbreviations and charges.
• Delivers food and beverages to Guest in a timely manner.
• Is able to identify when a Guest behavior should be called to the attention of a Supervisor.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correct. Collects payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food served.
Accurately calculates change due to the Guest and return appropriate amount in a timely matter.
• Secures all bar banks at the end of each shift.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated
Guests, as needed.
• Maintains bar appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, removing clutter and providing adequate
napkins, etc.
• Keeps bar clean, sets up and takes down bar appropriately.
• Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
• Adheres to all Majestic safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assists other Staff Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
• Excellence staff and guest relation skills.
• Work in a standing/bending position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver large items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read and write English.
• Local Health Cards (as required) and valid ABC Certification are required.
• Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies
at the end of each shift.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work will be performed in a typical theater/restaurant environment. The work involves a majority of standing, bending,
stooping, twisting and some minor lifting up to 50 lbs.
HAZARDS: Only those present in a normal restaurant/theater setting; no known significant hazards. Work performed in
the venue has minimal exposure to cleaning chemicals, cooking equipment along with minimal machinery with moving
parts.

Prepares, portions and cooks food as it relates to Majestic’s menu. Each Staff Member’s primary objective is to exceed
our Guests' expectations, build sales and repeat business. This position performs other related duties as assigned. (Related
duties as assigned are duties which may not be specifically listed below, but are within the general occupational series
and responsibility level typically associated with this Staff Member’s grade of work.)

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides an atmosphere with the mentality of “Great Memories Happen Here!”
• Prepares a variety food items while adhering to specific product prep, handling procedures and plate
presentation as dictated by Majestic.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of food products served.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and
safety and sanitation procedures.
• Works different stations to include but not limited to broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the kitchen, throughout the shift.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with the expo, manager and runners as necessary.
• Preforms opening duties to include assigned prep work to stock and set up stations as necessary utilizing
standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Labels, stores and rotates all product properly.
• Assist in putting away orders.
• Breaks down and cleans station or work area at end of shift.
• Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the
kitchen.
• Assists other Staff Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
