**About the Role**

As an **Assembly & Test Technician** , you’ll conduct standard testing procedures on various equipment, record and analyze results, and support quality assurance efforts. You’ll work under direct supervision and gain valuable experience in a structured, safety-focused environment.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Perform standard testing procedures on equipment and components

+ Record and analyze test results for accuracy and compliance

+ Use industry-specific testing tools and follow established protocols

+ Support data collection and reporting for engineering and quality teams

+ Work safely around moderate machinery and equipment

+ Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) as needed

**What We’re Looking For**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

+ 0–2 years of experience in testing or a related area

+ Familiarity with standard testing practices and equipment

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks safely

**Preferred Attributes:**

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

**Pay Details:** $20.50 per hour
