We are seeking a visionary Senior Offering Manager to join our TrackWise Manufacturing offering team. In this leadership role, you will drive product strategy for our comprehensive suite of life sciences manufacturing solutions while leading a team of 3 direct reports. Reporting to the Offering Management Director, you will focus on transforming manufacturing operations across the entire lifecycle—from development through commercial production. Your deep manufacturing experience will be instrumental in addressing critical challenges including technology transfer, batch execution, quality management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead and develop a team of 3 offering management professionals, providing mentorship and career development

Drive market research to identify key segments and opportunities across all life sciences manufacturing use cases

Build compelling business cases and ROI models for comprehensive manufacturing solution offerings

Develop and execute Voice of Customer (VOC) plans to gather insights on manufacturing pain points across all operational areas

Analyze VOC data to prioritize feature requirements and market opportunities spanning the manufacturing lifecycle

Create product epics, user stories, and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams

Develop go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate value proposition and competitive differentiation

Partner with customer marketing to create targeted content, case studies, and messaging for diverse manufacturing use cases

Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations across the full portfolio of manufacturing solutions

Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure offering positioning remains relevant

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption

**Focus Areas**

Technology transfer streamlining, batch execution and recipe management, quality management systems, regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, EMA), manufacturing analytics, digital transformation initiatives, process optimization for MSAT teams, and supply chain integration.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-related roles

**Required** : Hands-on experience in life sciences manufacturing operations, including MES and/or DCS environments

**Required** : Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Comprehensive understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes across the operational lifecycle

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation

Experience with Agile development methodologies and gathering customer requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Strong analytical skills for business case development and ROI modeling

**WE VALUE**

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Extensive experience with multiple MES and electronic batch record systems

Deep DCS experience in manufacturing environments

Background in MSAT or process development within life sciences manufacturing

Knowledge of regulatory requirements across manufacturing operations

Experience with product management methodologies and digital transformation initiatives

History of successfully bringing complex manufacturing solutions to market

Experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams

**Travel Requirements**

This position requires moderate travel for customer visits, industry events, and team development activities.
