**Position Profile**
This role assists the Admission Leadership Team with ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position supervises designated support services staff.
**Responsibilities**
+ Leads and supports the AC Team Assistants with administration operations.
+ Establishes and maintains department processes, procedures, and performance standards.
+ Provides staff with guidance, clarification, or updates regarding general and department specific policies and procedures.
+ Actively helps with scheduling for field staff.
+ Fosters and maintains optimal team functioning among support staff.
+ Facilitates regular support staff meetings.
+ Collaborates with all other departments as needed to develop or define procedures.
+ Acts as resource for information, communication and problem-solving to ensure excellent delivery of services.
+ Partners with Admission Leadership by participating in leadership meetings, department initiatives, and goal setting.
+ Supports Admission Leadership with administrative assistance tasks as needed.
+ Collaborates to ensure alignment with department priorities and operational goals.
+ Provides inspiring leadership.
+ Empowers staff and delegates/shares responsibilities.
+ Maximizes HOV resources.
+ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
+ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum two years office management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ College degree
+ Healthcare or medical office experience
