Job Title: HR SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a temporary HR Specialist with hands-on experience in Employee Central/Success Factors to support data maintenance and monitoring within our HR system. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and supporting HR operations by maintaining accurate, current, and compliant employee information. The HR Specialist will also assist with local onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the local Human Resources team to provide administrative support across all HR functions.
+ Manage employee databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate HR records.
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries and complaints, performing initial triage of issues and providing immediate advisory services on matters such as absence accommodations, health issues, conduct, and organizational change.
+ Maintain clear communication channels and documentation to ensure proper handling and resolution of all HR/Employee matters.
+ Provide pre-boarding preparation and onboarding support to ensure a positive employee experience.
+ Process various HR-related documentation manually or electronically, including new hires, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, verification, I9 re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
+ Respond to HR Helpdesk employee inquiries by providing answers, guidance, and resources.
+ Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude and strive for continuous improvement towards Operational Excellence.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with HR Systems such as Employee Central, SuccessFactors, Workday.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with Jira ticket management.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data entry and record maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry accurately.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Work Environment
The work environment is small and supportive, with a family-oriented, close-knit group. The Arizona team is growing and operates with a collaborative mentality, working closely with HRGs and HRBPs. The role requires on-site presence Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
