**Job Title: Parts and Inventory Specialist**
**Job Description**
Assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, receive and deliver vehicles, and help organize and manage inventory. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and inventory management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work.
+ Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts.
+ Work directly with the production team to ensure needed parts are available.
+ Conduct inventory control and cycle counts of current inventory.
+ Lift up to 75 pounds to assist customers with loading and unloading their trucks.
+ Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
+ Handle clerical duties related to inventory management.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Comfortable with indoor and partial outdoor work

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes a mechanic garage setting and fabrication production shop, with some product stock located outdoors. The candidate will work indoors in an air-conditioned environment 75% of the time and outdoors 25% of the time. Working hours are 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required. Attire should include jeans or long work pants, a nice polo or t-shirt, and steel-toed boots due to customer interfacing.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
