**Responsibilities**
**Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** , a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our brand new **Express Care Clinic** in **Elk Grove** , CA.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
+ Practice will have 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
+ Walk in clinic with shift schedule
+ Full patient coverage when not in office for work/life balance
+ Clinic will be open 7 days a week
+ Work on average of 3.5 days a week, including weekends
+ Excellent compensation with benefits package available
**Compensation/Benefits:**
+ $134,930 - $177,132 annually, depending on experience
+ Sign on bonus

+ Annual CME allowance
**Qualifications**
+ Valid California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
+ National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred
+ DEA certification
+ Strong clinical and communication skills

**Pay Range**
$64.87 - $85.15 /hour
