**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**

**Location:** Warner/Ellsworth rd

**Shift:** 4 x 10 monday - thursday

1st shift: 5am - 330pm

Friday is voluntary OT day

**Job Description**

The warehouse associate plays a pivotal role in coordinating daily activities with the materials movement team. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving tasks, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, and maintaining the warehouse. Effective communication with other teams is essential to identify areas of concern and support required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate daily activities with the materials movement team.

+ Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.

+ Maintain the upkeep of the warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas.

+ Communicate with other teams to identify areas of concern and support needed.

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures of the business.

+ Conduct receiving inspections.

+ Coordinate shipments and receive shipment paperwork.

+ Manage the scrap process as defined.

+ Assist with daily tasks as required.

+ Report completed, in-process, and outstanding daily tasks to the supervisor.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to use MRP (Apple Core) for inventory tracking.

+ Familiarity with using drawings to match specs on parts and materials.

+ Proficiency in using an RF scanner for inventory tracking.

+ Forklift operation skills.

+ Pallet jack operation skills.

+ Packaging skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Passionate about materials management and supply chain management.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.

+ Ability to lift at least 45 lbs.

+ Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).

+ Strong time management and communication skills.

+ Ability to excel in fast-paced environments.

+ Knowledgeable about business systems and custom manufacturing.

+ History of success in small or mid-sized companies.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
