You will be a key member of the cross-functional team responsible for delivering technology and products that exceed customer expectations for robustness, durability and reliability. The candidate will collaborate with a global team to integrate new silicon, silicon carbide and packaging technologies. This position requires deep knowledge of packaging design and manufacturing as it relates to fail mechanisms, proficiency in statistical data analysis to understand and to report reliability test results and effective stakeholder management skills.
