_• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to collections in a timely manner._

_• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, providing regular reports to management._

**_YOU MUST HAVE_**

_• Experience in collections or accounts receivable management._

_• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail._

_• Advanced english._

_• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field._

_• 2+ years of experience in collections or a related role._

_• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Valuable experience in using collections software and tools._
