We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our high-acuity, fast-paced 72-bed. ACS verified Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department at our Thomas Campus. This campus serves over 80,000 patients annually. This leadership role carries 24/7 operational responsibility for a talented team of approximately 145 FTEs, including both frontline clinical staff and supervisory personnel. The Clinical Manager will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring delivery of exceptional patient care in a highly complex and dynamic environment.
