Project Scope:
Join Isola’s innovation-driven team and transform how customers access technical product data and samples by leveraging AI-driven automation and analytics. This internship will focus on streamlining customer inquiry response times and data accessibility through AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and data structuring.
What You’ll Do:
Implement AI-powered solutions for real-time customer support
Reduce turnaround time for sample requests by identifying process bottlenecks
Optimize customer interaction data using machine learning analytics
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Analysis: Evaluate and redesign the customer inquiry process to minimize response time. Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation improvements.
AI-Powered Solutions Development: Research and recommend AI-powered chatbot solutions for customer interactions. Design a smart, searchable knowledge base to automate responses to FAQs. Implement predictive analytics tools for faster sample request processing.
Database Optimization: Structure product data for easier AI-driven retrieval. Integrate machine learning models to improve technical request accuracy.
Strategic Recommendations & Reporting: Present findings to company leadership with data-driven justifications. Propose a cost-effective AI implementation roadmap.
Ideal Candidates Are:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics
Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, or machine learning principles
Experienced with data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, or Power BI
Compensation:
Bachelor’s Level: $22–$24/hr
Master’s Level: $25–$28/hr
PhD Level: $28–$32/hr
