Job Description
Our Tactical Space Systems Division Integration and Test group is seeking an **Test Conductor (Integration and Test)** to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Gilbert, AZ. You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and execute test procedures and automated test scripts using spacecraft commands, telemetry, and electrical ground support equipment. The ideal candidate has system level test experience working with spacecraft flight hardware and good computer skills. Daily responsibilities will require test preparation leading to direct contact with satellite and space flight hardware. Candidate must be able to tackle issues utilizing skills obtained in the field of electrical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably as it relates to system level integration and test. Required skills include the ability to communicate clearly, and to use critical thinking in troubleshoot of problems. The ability to use a scripting language and formulate automated test scripts is highly desirable. International travel to support launch campaigns may be required. Shift and weekend work to support testing will be required periodically.
**Responsibilities:**

+ Fully grasps escalation plan when test errors are encountered. Participates in anomaly resolution process while offering technical solutions for FRB approval.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a master’s degree with 0 years of related engineering experience (4 additional years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
+ Demonstrate ability to listen effectively, take direction, and possess initiative to accomplish assigned tasks and complete work in a timely fashion
+ Demonstrate ability to learn and integrate new programming languages based off previous experience
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance & special program access
**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of two years of directly related experience in satellite test

Salary Range: $70,700.00 - $96,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities for a technically complex product and requires spending significant amounts of time in and around factory areas, closed areas, and requires full-time on-plant site support.
