    **Position Overview:** As a Composites Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for composite aircraft parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards.

    **Position Responsibilities**

    + Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies for composite aircraft parts and assemblies.

    + Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs.

    + Investigate and resolve technical problems related to composite manufacturing processes.

    + Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
