Responsibilities

+ The Service Technician role is responsible for building high impact relationships with our customers, and ensuring our products, equipment, and services represent our brand each day.

+ Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines while adhering to quality and safety standards.

+ Respond to service calls in a timely manner and close service requirements with accuracy and precision.

+ Responsible for loading equipment parts and managing inventory.

+ Daily pre-trip inspection and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

+ Collects all cash/coins within designated retail markets and vending locations.

+ Serve as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with existing and potential new customers, being knowledgeable about our products and services and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.

+ Ability to use application based handheld devices.

+ Excellent planning, time management, organization and problem solving skills.

**Your Day at Lowe's**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department.

Customer Service Associates work in one of the following departments, based on hiring needs and skillsets: Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.

+ Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise

+ Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies

+ Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time

+ Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service

+ Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)

+ Guide customers through shopping or checkout

+ Complete other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

+ 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets

+ Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)

+ Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

+ Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience

+ Bi-lingual skills

+ Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)

**Travel Requirements**

This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

**Working Conditions**

Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.

Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

A Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

+ Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

+ Communicate with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

+ Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio).

Individual contributor position leading the work and deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns for Aetna Voluntary plan sponsors. Supports initial enrollment and ongoing enrollment communication needs, as well as works on special projects throughout the year. The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.

- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.

- The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

- The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-call rotations.

- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers’ premises.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $21.50 - 30.75 hourly.

You’d be responsible for:

+ Efficiency and client standards are attained

+ Conducting site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.

+ Driving and maintaining our vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.

You might be a good fit if you have:

+ 2 Years plus of landscape install experience

+ 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew

+ At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired.

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

+ Driver’s license and good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping.

+ You also must be able to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.

+ CDL

+ Reliable transportation

+ Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc…)

+ Able to read architectural drawings

+ Strong leadership skills

+ Able to work well with others

+ Monitoring and testing new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system.

+ Conducting and recording detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.

You might be a good fit if you have:

+ Along with supervisory skills and your proactive manner, we require a minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.

+ A valid driver’s license

+ Good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential.

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

+ Bilingual in Spanish

+ Ability to create and read site map colored charts/legends
