The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Position Summary
Individual contributor position leading the work and deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns for Aetna Voluntary plan sponsors. Supports initial enrollment and ongoing enrollment communication needs, as well as works on special projects throughout the year. Works cross-functionally with sales, implementation and account management constituents, and externally with plan sponsors and their consultant teams.
**What you will do**
+ Collaborates with stakeholders to provide strategic enrollment communications plans to support the Aetna Supplemental Health Plans (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity)
+ Works on projects throughout the year, including participating in the creation and maintenance of our member communications toolkit of digital and print collateral materials
+ Manages cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for assigned case enrollment strategies
+ Project manages the deliverables of the communications to the plan sponsor
+ Coaches’ junior-level colleagues on how to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and analyze project and program outcomes.
+ Contributes to continuous improvement planning for our department and organization to enhance delivery processes and outcomes

**Required Qualifications**
