    The DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT III) supports patient care by assisting with physical exams, point of care testing and data gathering servicing the **Phoenix** area. The DHMT III works at the direction of a virtual DispatchHealth Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) while being present with patients in their homes.     + Obtain patient’s vital signs and assist in the collection of patient data

    Position Overview: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily scheduling and routing of drivers or service personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. This role involves communicating with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

    Responsibilities:

    + Act as a liaison between drivers and management; effectively dispatch deliveries.

    + Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and resolve operational issues promptly.

    + Review daily driver documentation for pre-trip inspections and reimbursements.

    + Assign and dispatch drivers based on availability and service requirements.

    + Adjust dispatch schedules as necessary.

    + Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and departments.

    + Provide drivers with delivery instructions and route updates.

    + Address and resolve issues during the dispatch process.

    + Resolve customer inquiries and issues alongside the Dispatch Manager.

    + Update customers on order status and manage expectations.

    + Ensure dispatch activities comply with policies, safety regulations, and standards.
