    The expected annual salary range for this role is $64,5000 - $94,600 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.     **What you’ll do:**

    **Position Overview:**

    The Supply Chain Analyst performs supply chain functions (purchasing, inventory management, logistics planning) to support satellite facility goals of excellent satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.

    **Essential Functions:**

    **In this role, you will:**

    • Manage inventory stock levels or Days on Hand (DOH) through continuous improvement, analysis and effective planning with the satellite operations and engineering functions; identify and communicate any gaps or risk in achieving monthly targets and prepare and implement mitigation plans as necessary.

    • Proactively work with suppliers and carriers by building productive relationships to maintain service levels that meet satellite end-customer needs. Where possible, negotiate supplier service, price and delivery to maximize outcomes for Eaton.

    • Examine open purchase orders daily and proactively resolve all related issues to ensure timely receipt of the materials required to meet the production schedule; conduct root cause investigation using structured problem solving tools (A3 and Kaizen) to eliminate missed or inaccurate receipts in the future

    • Enter material orders, invoices, and interunit orders into the Vista system, AS400, and Manage orders daily to ensure end product is built, shipped and meets the customer’s expectations

    • Coordinate and analyze daily inventory efforts including adjustments, stock checks, Kanban changes and performing Kanban charge-outs for internal/external vendors. Lead inventory efforts for the location; this includes facilitating meetings, distribution of inventory day forms and materials, and ensuring compliance with inventory procedures.

    • Support tracking and expediting of KB or AP material as needed to support production schedule; implement robust local process for proactive tracking of material, advanced notification of shortages, coordinate with production manager to reduce WIP and improve assembly flow based on material availability

    • Complete Excess / Obsolete process for the satellite facility with the finance team and satellite manager; reduce local E&O and surplus inventory levels by proactively implementing local improvement projects to improve slow moving inventory performance

    • Other duties as assigned

    **Qualifications:**

    **Basic Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED and 2 years applicable experience within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.

    + Identify and participate in process improvement projects that increase customer service levels, improve product flows, minimize supply chain costs and improve asset management.

    + Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

    + Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

    + Understand and apply knowledge of manufacturing systems, incorporates manufacturing requirements.

    + Learn and perform Scheduling duties as required. Responsibilities to include some or all of the following:

    + Analyze planning requirements from Division Production Planning and initiate appropriate action to create the master schedule to include non-commercial demands also.

    + Schedule Manufacturing Operation to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

    + Strive to minimize changes within the planning window in order to ensure availability of raw materials and to minimize negative impact on manufacturing.

    + Laisse with relevant departments to ensures product is available to the customer.

    + **Will be a back up production scheduler**

    You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

    **Required Qualifications**

    + Bachelor's Degree: BA or BS

    + 2-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area

    + And/ or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    **Preferred Qualifications**

    + Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices.

    + May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on small, well defined projects.

    + Accountable for the accuracy and the impact of planning decisions. Operates with general supervision.

    + All significant production schedule changes are reviewed either by management or plant scheduler to evaluate necessity and impacts on the schedules.

    + Receives limited supervision on standard issues, and detailed instructions on new assignments. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy

    + 1-2 years operations/distribution experience or directly relevant technical experience sufficient to demonstrate the knowledge typically associated with the degree and experience requirement.

    The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
