    The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization, Air Dominance Division is seeking a **Numerical Control Programmer (Associate or Experienced)** to join the **Advanced Composites Fabrication Center team** in **Mesa, Arizona.**

    Our team creates proprietary next generation products and services for the BDS business unit. We support the Fabrication and Assembly for the next generation Air Force Trainer, Bombers and Tactical Fighter Aircraft, Autonomous Air Vehicles, Rotorcraft, Advanced Airborne Sensors, Space Vehicles, Satellites, Weapons Systems, the Commercial Fleet of single and twin aisle airplanes and much more. Our group works all facets of Engineering from technology investment, concept development, proposal writing, requirements and design, build, integration, test, and demonstration of products in their relevant environments.

    **Position Overview**

    This NC Programmer will be a part of the high-performing Advanced Composites Fabrication Center team in Mesa, AZ. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide numerical control, machining, and programming technical experience on various machine assets within the Fabrication center. Our team plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Our Production Engineering / NC Programming team is responsible for planning, developing and integrating new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, and software dedicated to Boeing Phantom Works.

    **Position Responsibilities**

    + Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.

    + Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.

    **Required Skills:**

    Software Engineer, Audio SWE Responsibilities:

    1. R&D in the areas of general audio processing/framework, audio codecs, and network related loss/jitter compensation to deliver best-in-class quality across the family of apps.

    2. Identify areas of scalability, performance, quality and reliability improvement across the stack.

    3. Collaborate closely with both product and research teams to deploy new audio technologies as-a-service and as-a-platform.

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

    5. 5+ years software development experience in industry settings

    6. 3+ years in relevant audio software engineering experience including audio software for video conferencing or other real-time communication applications

    7. C or C++ experience, including use of C++11/14/17 features.

    8. Demonstrated communication skills and experience working across disciplines to drive optimal solutions and supporting cross functional teams.

    9. Expertise in audio signal processing and auditory perception, both classical and machine learned techniques.

    10. Experience with audio stack including codecs, audio capture/render, and network compensation/jitter buffer.
